World MS Day 2014

MSIF is looking for people affected by MS – those living with the condition, their families, friends and carers – to share their thoughts about MS, as part of the run-up to World MS Day 2014.

World MS Day is the MS movement's annual campaign to raise awareness of the condition, and to support and connect the 2.3 million people living with it worldwide. The 2014 campaign is being led by MSIF’s Sophie Paterson and a working group from MS societies across the world - from India to Ireland.

This year World MS Day is on 28 May. The theme is access – not just physical access, but also access to drugs, information and treatment, and the same social and econominc opportunities as everyone else.

The working group is looking for people affected by MS to share some of their thoughts about MS and the theme of access, as well as a photo or video of themselves. We hope to feature 21 people from around the world in the run up to World MS Day, and all the stories will feature on the website on the day itself.

If you are interested in taking part please email worldmsday@msif.org.
