The CEO Advisory Group is comprised of Chief Executive Officers (CEOs) of every MSIF member society (Full and Associate). The group meets twice a year to discuss issues specific to their role and initiate or provide feedback to MSIF projects. It elects its own Chairman who sits on the Board with two other elected members.

The current Chairman of the CEO Advisory Group is Peter Kauffeldt, CEO of the Danish MS Society. The other member society CEOs nominated to sit on the Board are Dorothea Pitschnau-Michel of the German MS Society and Antonella Moretti of the Italian MS Society.
