Romania

Dragoş Zaharia

Dragoş was born in 1980 and was diagnosed with MS when he was 26 years old. He now works as a consultanct for the World Bank in Romania and as a project manager for a private company.

He is the President of the SM SPEROMAX Alba Association and sits on the MS Society of Romania's Board.

Dragoş has also appeared in a national television campaign for the society.

Slovakia

Martina Lasovska
Whilst working as a script editor and reporter for Slovakian television Martina experienced her first attack of MS and was diagnosed with relapse remitting MS.

Shortly afterwards, she moved to London where she currently works as a secretary for the European Commonwealth Bank for Reconstruction and Development.

She joined the Slovakian MS Society (SMSS) soon after her diagnosis and, using her media experience, has worked on SMSS's regular live show on Slovakian television, Regional Diaries. She has also contributed to the society's magazine The Hope.

Alojzij Ješelnik
Alojzij was Managing Director of the wood and furniture Company and has worked with many charitable and community organisations in his area. He has a son and a daughter and enjoys singing in a men’s choir.

Kent Andersson
Kent has been a member of the Neurologiskt Handikappades Riksförbund Board for three years and is one of four members of the Executive Committee. His work with MS issues has been at a national, Scandinavian and European level.

Kent was previously the CEO of a medium-sized business in Sweden and has a Masters in Business Administration.

Daniel Schwab
Daniel is a Board Member of the Swiss MS Society and a member of the Swiss Council of People with MS. His interests are sport, general politics and classical music.

Kürşat Korkut
When diagnosed, I was a partner in three companies. I no longer work due to my MS but am a member of the İstanbul European Choir, an Abhazian Choir called Warada Youth and the MS Society Choir, also in İstanbul.
