Determinants of CCL5-driven mononuclear cell migration across the blood-brain barrier. Implications for therapeutically modulating neuroinflammation

The authors developed a test-tube model of the blood-brain barrier found in humans to study how this breaks down in MS, clarifying some of the immunologically active molecules which could be potential targets for therapy.
