Fatigue, depression and progression in multiple sclerosis.
The authors investigated the link between fatigue and depression with disease progression in people with MS. They found that these symptoms remain stable within the individual over different stages of the disease.

Magnetic resonance imaging as a surrogate outcome for multiple sclerosis relapses.
In this negative study, the authors looked to see if contrast enhancing lesions on MRI predicted clinical relapses during the following year in people with MS. They concluded that they were not useful as predictors.

Abnormalities in the cerebrospinal fluid levels of endocannabinoids in Multiple Sclerosis.
The authors investigated the role of endocannabinoids which are molecules involved in inflammation, in the pathogenesis of MS. They found low levels of them in the spinal fluid of people with MS and the levels varied depending on the activity of the disease, which may suggest a role in limiting inflammation.

Relapses in multiple sclerosis are age and time-dependent.
The authors retrospectively studied relapse rate in people with relapsing-remitting MS over 20 years. They found that the number of relapses decreased with age and over time, which may be useful when deciding on timing of treatment.
