Longitudinal evaluation of clinically early relapsing-remitting multiple sclerosis with diffusion tensor imaging.
Diffusion tensor imaging (DTI) is an MRI technique which uses the properties of water diffusion to examine tissue microstructure. In this study, DTI parameters reflected damage to the normal appearing tissues in patients with MS, but did not detect any progression in this damage after 2 years.

Combined treatment with atorvastatin and minocycline suppresses severity of EAE.
This study in an animal model of MS investigates whether atorvastatin, a drug currently used to lower cholesterol, and minocycline, an antibiotic, have potential as neuroprotective agents when used in combination.
