Neurogenesis in the chronic lesions of multiple sclerosis

This study reports that in some MS lesions there is evidence of formation of new neurons suggesting repair. Understanding these repair mechanisms better may be important in order to devise better treatments in the future.

Gadofluorine M enhancement allows more sensitive detection of inflammatory CNS lesions than T2-w imaging: a quantitative MRI study

In this study in the animal model of MS, the authors investigated a new MRI contrast agent and found it to be more sensitive to inflammation than the standard contrast used.

The contribution of cognition and spasticity to driving performance in multiple sclerosis

In this study the authors investigated the impact of various symptoms on driving in people with MS. They found that spasticity and cognitive problems can make driving difficult and that careful assessment is required in order to be safe.
