The Argentinian MS Society, Esclerosis Múltiple Argentina (EMA), raised US$86,000 at Night of the Chefs dinner on 16 August in Buenos Aires.
The 700 guests, including celebrities, artists, sponsors and doctors, were treated to a dinner created by 23 of the best chefs in Argentina, followed by music and dancing. The funds raised will go towards EMA’s services and activities including their MS Centre, which currently helps 500 people with MS and the nationwide "Enhancing Bonds” programme.
