"Yes we care … let us get together!" MS Society India organise human chain to raise awareness
More than 100 people held hands to raise awareness for MS on 1 February 2009 in Pune, India.

The event was organised by the MS Society of India (MSSI), Pune Chapter. MSSI staff, volunteers, people with MS and carers distributed caps and placards to everyone taking part in the chain with the message "MSSI, Yes we care... Let us get together!" Passers-by were given flyers about MS and the MSSI. The MSSI supporters also heard neurologists speak and answer questions about MS in a nearby park after the human chain event.
