The MSIF Secretariat has been strengthened with the arrival of a part-time Governance and Planning Coordinator, Bill Seary. He will pilot this new position for six months with a view to recruiting a permanent position after that.
Bill is from the UK and has broad experience in international, European and UK based NGOs. He has already had some involvement with MSIF in the evaluation of World MS Day 2009.
