  MSIF Chief Executive retires
Christine Purdy retires this week after seven years as MSIF's CEO. A dinner was held on 7 December 2006 to thank Christine for her work for MSIF, and to welcome Peer Baneke, the new CEO.

The dinner was attended by fifty colleagues, friends and family and took place at the The Royal Society of Medicine, London. Christine spoke to thank everyone for their support and noted MSIF's key achievements over the past seven years.

There were also speeches by Sarah Phillips, Chairman, Peer Baneke, incoming CEO, and, poignantly, from Prof Ian McDonald, who has since died.
