The German Multiple Sclerosis Society (DMSG) has participated in the MS Global Dinner Party since 2005. Over the past three years, hosts have invited friends, relatives and work colleagues to events nationwide, raising over €59,000.
Events planned for 2008 include birthday parties, brunches, concerts, walking tours and winter barbecues. The events will range from small gatherings to large parties held in restaurants and municipal halls. No matter how big or small the event, all the hosts and guests will come together united in a common aim, a world without MS.
This year the Federal Association of Pharmacists is supporting the MS Global Dinner Party in Germany. Information and materials for potential hosts are available from pharmacies around the country.
