MSIF is delighted to announce that we have awarded the contract to develop the Global Economic Impact of MS project to RTI International.
The 12-month project will involve a search of library databases to identify published articles on the costs and impacts of MS. RTI International will work closely with the MSIF Secretariat, Oversight Group, and Work Group to identify unpublished papers and reports, using the best available data from the literature to develop a template(s) that national MS societies may use to estimate country-level MS economic costs and impacts. The final outcome of the project will be submitting a manuscript to a peer-reviewed journal.
We previously worked with RTI International in the development of the Principles to Promote the Quality of Life.
