For the first time ever, a virtual Global Dinner Party will be held online, in Second Life!
The party is being organised by the MS Island team and will be held on Saturday 23 February at the podium on the MS Island VUmc. It will start at 6pm GMT and last until at least 1am, giving people from countries all over the world every possible opportunity to drop by.
So, there are no excuses! Your car broke down? Can’t find a babysitter? The Plumber is still due to check your drains? Your favourite TV show is on? No matter! Just take your plate to your PC and sit down to participate.
Highlights of the event include live performances from singer Carmen Roeth and dj-ing from Maarten Supercharge.
