Following the International Alliance of Patients’ Organizations (IAPO) landmark meeting in March at the UN Headquarters in New York, MSIF has recently signed up to the patient led IAPO Declaration on Patient-Centred Healthcare.
The New York meeting successfully raised awareness of Patient-Centred Healthcare at an international level, generated considerable support for the patient led IAPO Declaration on Patient-Centred Healthcare and a number of recommendations for future action.
