MSIF is pleased to be co-sponsoring the MS Biomarker meeting taking place later this week in London, UK.
The meeting has been organised by the European initiative, BioMS (Biomarkers in MS), who aim to improve MS-related body-fluid biomarker studies by creating a biobank of MS samples to improve the quality of MS biomarker studies.
The aim of the 29-31 March meeting is to produce three consensus papers on (1) the collection and storage of samples, (2) the scientific process behind doing MS-related biomarker studies and (3) the reporting of MS-related biomarker studies.
Key opinion leaders and representatives from Europe and North America will take part. Sponsorship has been provided by MSIF, the UK MS Society and the US National MS Society.
