  A genome scan in a single pedigree with a high prevalence of multiple sclerosis.

summary: In this genetic study, the authors looked at the genetic features of an unusual family in whom MS seems to be much more strongly inherited than usual. They found some specific genetic patterns involved in immune system control which might contribute to developing a predisposition to MS.
