A three-year, multi-parametric MRI study in patients at presentation with CIS.

summary: This large multi-centre study looked to see if advanced MRI techniques were able to predict which patients with clinical isolated neurological syndromes would go on to develop MS. Whilst the techniques were able to detect more subtle abnormalities than conventional MRI, they were not able to predict subsequent MS.
