Analysis of immunoregulatory T-helper cell subsets in patients with multiple sclerosis: relapsing–progressive course correlates with enhanced TH1, relapsing–remitting course with enhanced TH0 reactivity

summary: Patterns of cytokine production are found to differ in individuals affected by MS and healthy control subjects. Interestingly, the pattern of cytokine production is also found to differ between individuals affected by MS with a relapsing remitting course and those with a relapsing progressive course.
