  Angiotensin-converting enzyme I/D gene polymorphism and risk of multiple sclerosis.

summary: This study explores the role of polymorphisms in the ACE (Angiotensin-converting enzyme) gene in susceptibility to MS. Deletions of this gene were found to be commoner in male patients with MS than in healthy controls.
