  Cannabinoid control of neuroinflammation related to multiple sclerosis.

summary: This review discusses the receptor-mediated immuno-modulatory effects of cannabinoids, which may not be evident at clinically safe doses. However, cannabinoids may have a role in neuroprotection via their effect on the innate immune system, in addition to a role in symptom control.
