  Central histamine H3 receptor signaling negatively regulates susceptibility to autoimmune inflammatory disease of the CNS

summary: The authors looked at the impact of a receptor for histamine in the development of the animal model of MS. They found that a reduced presence of this receptor in the central nervous system is related to the occurrence of a more severe disease in mice.
