  Daclizumab phase II trial in relapsing and remitting multiple sclerosis: MRI and clinical results

summary: This preliminary study looked at the clinical and MRI effects of daclizumab, a monoclonal antibody, in a small group of people with active relapsing MS despite interferon. Results were encouraging, showing a reduction in MRI active lesions and an improvement in clinical scores. Larger studies are now needed.
