Abnormalities in the cerebrospinal fluid levels of endocannabinoids in Multiple Sclerosis.

summary: The authors investigated the role of endocannabinoids which are molecules involved in inflammation, in the pathogenesis of MS. They found low levels of them in the spinal fluid of people with MS and the levels varied depending on the activity of the disease, which may suggest a role in limiting inflammation.
