  Increase of CD8+ T-effector memory cells in peripheral blood of patients with relapsing-remitting multiple sclerosis compared to healthy controls.

summary: This study in 16 patients with MS found an increase in certain immune cell subtypes (CD8+) in MS compared to controls in the blood, but a decrease in these cells within the brain fluid (CSF).
