Lack of TIM-3 Immunoregulation in Multiple Sclerosis

summary: The authors studied the immune cells in people with MS, focusing on the role played by a cell regulatory factor, named TIM-3. They found that TIM-3 regulation is altered in people with MS, and that treatment with glatiramer and interferon-beta are partially able to restore its function.
