  Long-term benefits of exercising on quality of life and fatigue in multiple sclerosis patients with mild disability: a pilot study.

summary: This study found that exercise is beneficial for people with MS, improving fatigue and quality of life scores, as well as improving exercise capacity. The benefits were still evident 3 months after the formal exercise programme had finished.
