  Fatigue in progressive multiple sclerosis is associated with low levels of dehydroepiandrosterone

summary: This study suggests that dehydroepiandrosterone and its sulphated conjugate should be considered as biological markers of fatigue in MS patients and that hormone replacement may thus be tested as an option to treat fatigue in MS patients.
