summary: Pregnancy, delivery and birth do not affect long-term prognosis in women with MS. This retrospective study looked back at birth outcomes, compared to when the diagnosis of MS was made. They found that having a baby after MS was diagnosed was associated with lower birth weights, but that did not have any negative effects on the babies, in terms of numbers of complications or interventions.
