The effect of core stability training on balance and mobility in ambulant individuals with multiple sclerosis: a multi-centre series of single case studies

summary: Core stability training is popular in the management of people with multiple sclerosis (MS). The authors studied eight people with MS with this specific training and they found that an eight-week core stability training programme could improve the mobility in ambulant people with MS. However, they suggested that other studies may help us to confirm these findings and to identify who could benefit the most from this intervention.
