  The endocannabinoid system is dysregulated in multiple sclerosis and in experimental autoimmune encephalomyelitis.

summary: The authors looked at the role of endocannabinoids, a group of molecules, in the development of human MS and its animal model. They found that these could play an important role in the pathogenesis of both diseases.
