The OPTimization of interferon for MS study: 375 mug interferon beta-1b in suboptimal responders

summary: The authors studied safety and effectiveness of high dose beta-interferon in people with MS who did not respond to standard treatment. They found that higher doses of beta-interferon were more effective in reducing inflammation on MRI but further studies are needed to see if this reduces relapses.
