If you have MS, remember that exercise can help you manage mobility or weakness problems as well as boosting your overall health. Studies show that staying active can also have a positive impact on bladder and bowel function, depression and fatigue.
Organise your own event
If you fancy challenging yourself to something else than exercising, why not try to stop smoking for a month and get your family, friends and colleagues to sponsor you? Or come up with a new idea that excites you!
