Japanese MS Society hosts second seminar

On 10 March, around 100 people affected by MS and their family and friends, MS health professionals, industry representatives and the general public attended Japan MS Society’s (日本多発性硬化症協会 – JMSS) second MS seminar in Tokyo, Japan.

JMSS Chairman Dr A. Igata opened the seminar. Dr T. Saida (President of Kansai MS Centre, President of PACTRIMS), Dr T. Yamamura (MS professional at National Centre Hospital and member of MSIF's International Medical and Scientific Board), Dr K. Takahashi, Dr Y. Miyazaki and Dr T. Tabira (also a member of MSIF's International Medical and Scientific Board) gave presentations at the seminar. Tomoya Ito, a person with MS who won three silver medals at the London Paralympic Games in 2012, also gave a speech. 

Japan MS Society are planning a third seminar for 2014.
