Whether you are looking for a personal challenge or thinking of getting together with friends and family to fundraise together, there are lots of great ways you can support our work. Here are a few suggestions and ideas to give you some inspiration.

Take part in a challenge

Get on your bike, strap on your running shoes or feel the adrenaline. From marathons to mountain treks and sponsored walks to skydives, there’s a challenge out there for you.

If you have MS, remember that exercise can help you manage mobility or weakness problems as well as boosting your overall health. Studies show that staying active can also have a positive impact on bladder and bowel function, depression and fatigue.

Organise your own event

You can turn almost anything into a fundraising activity. From quizzes to cake sales, craft days to theatre performances and board games to dance-offs, we are on hand to help make your fundraising event a success.

Whatever you choose to do and however much you raise, you will be helping to improve the lives of people with MS all over the world. Contact us if you’d like support on setting up and managing a JustGiving or Kiss Goodbye to MS fundraising page for your challenge.
