About the resource

Most people with MS will experience period  of mental reactions such as sadness, frustration or anger over their diagnosis and living with MS. Reactions like that are completely normal both to people with MS and in reaction to their situation, for most people these emotional changes can be processed if the individual can recognise and understand their emotions. The booklet explores different ways that MS may affect the personality or behaviours of people affected by it.

This booklet is aimed at people with MS, but may also be useful for friends and family.
