About the resource

Modifiable lifestyle factors are aspects of life that can influence MS disease progression and disability, for example diet, exercise, gut health and supplementation to name just a few. We’ve been working with clinical and research experts alongside people living with MS, to produce an evidence-based practical guide that can be used to assist you in helping people with MS to potentially minimise the impact of the disease on their lives.
