About the resource

Keeping active is good for everyone, not just people with MS.

It can help minimise loss of muscle strength and fitness, keeps weight gain under control and can help strengthen bones. It can help alleviate symptoms of MS such as improving your posture, fatigue, balance, continence problems, anxiety and depression.

Whatever your ability, there’s an exercise for everyone, this booklet will help you find the one that suits you.
