Description

Tai chi is a great way for people with MS to be active. It has a number of health advantages, including effects on strength, balance and flexibility. It is also a great tool to relax and unwind. This series by Polskie Towarzystwo Stwardnienia Rozsianego (Polish MS Society) demonstrates Tai chi sequences for people with MS.

The fourth video demonstrates Ba Duan Jin exercises, one of the most common forms of Chinese qigong.
