How we are governed

The MS International Federation is a charity registered with the Charity Commission of England and Wales, and a UK company limited by guarantee.

We are governed by the Council of Members, who meet each year in general meetings, and whose main duties are to elect the board of trustees and to make changes to the Articles of Association, the legal document that governs the MS International Federation.

These meetings are attended primarily by delegates appointed by member organisations.
