More than 14,000 people from all over the world took on the challenge to walk, run, or roll 50km throughout May, raising vital funds to support people affected by MS worldwide. Together, MSIF and its member organisations are celebrating an incredible £1.6 million raised by The May 50K. This remarkable achievement is a testament to the passion, generosity, and determination of everyone who took part.

The global MS community coming together
The sixth year of The May 50K was delivered by MSIF in partnership with national MS organisations in Germany (DMSG), the UK, Ireland, and the Netherlands (Stichting MS Research). Together we raised vital funds and increased awareness of MS, demonstrating the incredible impact of a global community united.
A heartfelt thank you to everyone who took part, donated, and supported the campaign. Your commitment transformed every step, stride, and roll into hope for people affected by MS around the world. Thank you.
Where do the funds go?
The money raised in The May 50K will support both national initiatives and global efforts to accelerate research and improve access to life-changing treatments for those affected by MS, no matter where they live. It will enable the MSIF to collaborate with its members across the world to improve the quality of life and wellbeing of everybody affected by MS.
Looking ahead to 2027
