As an event participant fundraising in aid of the MSIF, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1.0 Securing your place: Once you have completed this registration and paid your entry fee, you have secured a place for Cycle for MS: Conquer the Tour. MSIF reserves the right to revoke places in exceptional circumstances.
1.1 Entry fees: These help to cover MSIF’s costs and are therefore non-refundable.

1.5 Injury: If you are injured in advance of the event and unable to take part, please let MSIF know as soon as possible. We will attempt to fill your place and if we are successful, we will refund your registration fee. Please bear in mind that if you tell us you are withdrawing after the registration deadline (24 January 2024), we will be unable to offer your place to another applicant and therefore cannot refund your registration fee.
1.6 Insurance: You will be responsible for arranging your own travel insurance, ensuring that your policy covers you taking part in a non-competitive cycling event in France.
1.7 Deferrals: If you inform us that you need to withdraw from the event before the registration deadline and wish to defer your place to a future Cycle for MS event, you can roll your place over to the following year, subject to availability. 2.7 All contracts and permits related to the event must be issued in the name of the organiser and signed by an authorised representative of the organiser. Contracts or permits must not commit MSIF (or its affiliates) to any contractual obligations and the organiser or participant may not sign anything on behalf of MSIF. The same applies to liability and insurance.
If you have chosen to sell items, auction items, or donate proceeds of sales to MSIF, you also agree to the following:
2.8 You must state clearly on the area of sales the amount that will be donated and that it will be donated to MSIF. MSIF cannot promote any items did not list this way.

3.0 Once you have begun your sales, you must keep your contact at MSIF up to date with the amount raised for the charity.
3.1 You should aim to transfer the money as soon as it is in your account, at regular intervals or on an agreed date with the charity. Transfer of money and payment methods must be agreed with the MSIF fundraising team before sales.
3.2 You must keep a record of sales and make this available to MSIF if requested. This will enable us to audit our own accounts.
3.3 MSIF is committed to the principles and practice of equal opportunities, inclusiveness and diversity and all participants will be treated with dignity and respect. MSIF will strive to maintain an atmosphere of physical and emotional safety for everyone associated with Cycle for MS: Conquer the Tour, including but not limited to participants, volunteers and staff.
