About the resource

One of the most important challenges for parents with MS is helping their children understand the disease and its variable and unpredictable nature. Children often rely on what they see to draw their own conclusions about what is happening. But many of the symptoms of MS are “invisible” to them, so it is sometimes difficult for them to understand why their mom or dad may feel so different from day to day or week to week, even though they appear to be the same.

‘Tell me about MS’ can help explain to children what Multiple Sclerosis is and show them some guidelines for handling situations or emotions that may appear when living with this situation.

This version of the guide is for children, Esclerosis Múltiple España suggest reading the parent and children guides together with your child. You can access the parents guide here.
