A healthy diet is essential to good nutrition. It can be especially helpful for people with MS, making you feel better day to day and possibly helping to alleviate some MS symptoms such as fatigue and pain. This webinar explains various common diets and discusses the benefits and challenges of maintaining a good diet for people with MS.
