MS in a minute: Relapses
In the MS in a minute videos, you will be briefly introduced to an MS related concept and given an overview of the topic.
A flare up or exacerbation is a period of worsening symptoms that can either be new symptoms or the return or worsening of existing ones. To be classed as a new relapse, these symptoms must last longer than 24 hours and they must occur at least 30 days from the start of the last relapse.
