About the resource

Tremor is a symptom that affects many people with MS, to varying degrees. This booklet will help you understand the symptom and consider your options for symptom management.


It provides a detailed explanation of tremors as a symptom of MS. In the second half of the booklet there is a wide range of information on managing tremors, including information on rehabilitation, counselling, complementary or alternative therapies, as well as medical and surgical approaches.
