About the resource
People with MS often consider using complementary and alternative medicine (CAM) as part of their efforts to live well and manage the disease and its symptoms. This booklet does not recommend any particular supplements, but aims to provide useful and specific information to allow more informed decision-making about the supplements described.
This is a publication from the National MS Society in the USA therefore not all supplements may be available in other countries. It is important to always discuss any supplements you are taking or are considering with a healthcare professional.
