Multiple sclerosis and your emotions
About the resource
People living with multiple sclerosis (MS) experience many different emotions and mood changes living with MS. Some of these are reactions to the stresses and challenges created by diagnosis, while others seem to be symptoms of MS itself. This booklet describes the range of emotional reactions and changes that can occur and provides information for people with MS and their families on how to recognise, talk about, manage and learn from these feelings.
