During the pandemic the European Multiple Sclerosis Platform teamed up with MoveToSport to develop a varied home exercise programme for people with MS.
This session will help you improve stability and walking.
These exercises can be built slowly over time, try starting with 5 repetitions and increasing to 10 over time. Try to perform them as adequately as possible. Remember to keep breathing well while you are exercising.
