About the resource

The MS International Federation has published global advice for people with MS during the COVID-19 pandemic.

COVID-19 is a new illness that can affect your lungs and airways. It is caused by a novel coronavirus that was first detected in people in China in December 2019 and has since spread to other parts of the world.

There is currently limited evidence on how COVID-19 affects people with multiple sclerosis (MS). The advice was developed by MS neurologists and research experts from MSIF’s member organisations. It has been translated by MS organisations across the movement.
